Role Of the department

Registering trainees/students, re-admitting trainees/students as per the senate legislation; preparing, providing and replacing ID Cards for students; providing temporary diplomas for graduates; providing original diplomas for graduates; authentication; preparing official transcripts; writing to whom it may concern papers; approving training/education credentials in line with birth certificates if it is requested. In addition, the Registrar and Alumni Directorate Office (RADO) serves customers in replacing the lost temporary and original diplomas upon requests. The RADO facilitates the overall academic progress and preparing for graduation of trainees/students in collaboration with departments, faculties, academic affairs office and Academic deputy General Director Office. Furthermore, it manages the trainees’/students’ withdrawal, course information, trainees’ grade, instructors’ information handling, add and drop operations and generates trainees’ transcripts and reports.

RADO has 11 employees, equipment such as computers, printers and miscellaneous stationery materials. In addition, RADO has different files and documents describing the academic issues of trainees.

Principles

The principal objective of the directorate is to register new students and senior students in every semester and to serve the alumni members with different provisions.

Objective

RADO achieves its objective if and only if it smoothly runs the aforementioned activities and the unmentioned activities, which might be happen due to situations.
