Naol Anbesie Kibebew is an experienced ICT professional based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with a strong background in managing technology infrastructure, security services, and digital innovation. He is currently serving as the ICT Directorate Director at FDRE Technical Vocational Training Institute, where he leads the ICT team and oversees projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and security. His expertise spans network management, data center operations, CCTV systems, and Wi-Fi management, among others. Naol holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics Technology and Computer Science. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective project management, and a commitment to technological advancement. He is proficient in a wide range of technical areas including audiovisual production, server and network administration, and data security, with several certifications such as CCNA and ERP administration. In addition to his technical expertise, Naol is passionate about continuous learning, leadership, and community involvement, with interests in social work, fitness, and film production
