Following the institute’s start with TVET teacher training, the Faculty of Civil was established. The faculty has produced Teachers and technicians in the fields of building construction, architectural design, road construction, surveying, water supply and sanitation, water works and irrigation, and wood science technology to date. Teachers from TVET and technicians from Industries go from all over Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Somalia to the institute to participate in the research and decisions that will determine the future of Africa
