The institute’s textile and apparel fashion technology faculty 2nd annual international seminar, fashion show and exhibition was held today.
According to the message of Dr. Biruk Kedir, the director of FDRE Technical and Vocational Training Institute, he said that this seminar will strengthen the work we are doing to develop the textile and fashion technology sector and strengthen our relationship with the industry.
The studies presented in this seminar have shown that they will help to acquire the skills required by the time.
“Strengthening the knowledge and skills of technical and vocational training through innovative and sustainable research in textile and apparel fashion technology (“Bridging TVET Knowledge and Skills through Innovative and Sustainable Research in Textile and Apparel Fashion Technology”) said that this seminar indicates that the institute has started.
Dr. Biruk Ayayzewum has pointed out that the institute is strengthening the faculty and opening new and existing training programs to produce qualified professionals in the field.
The institute’s research and community service vice director Dr. Habtamu Mulgeta has stated that this platform is the 27th week of research and research seminar.
This platform has also mentioned that research that will help ensure Ethiopian industrialization is being presented with the industry.
Dr. Gezahegn Tesfaye has delivered a key message from Addis Ababa University.
Six research articles were presented and discussed during the day, fashion show and exhibition was also held.
