Change is unstoppable. Nationwide change is bold here. Modernizing training methods by using the more modern technological means has been a choice for us. Having used fast responsive leadership style and taking the institute far distant beyond training, we make skills gained here as ways in changing life of oneself and others.
Skills’ training to teachers or industry technicians is a means to simplify way of life. Skillful ones can bake their bread shortly than others. Skills gained from TVT Institute in short or long term training has been designed to change the life of many inside Ethiopia at large and also beyond that.
We are working to be example for many other TVET institutes in Ethiopia and Africa in short time. We are not the only change makers. We work with many other regional, national and international organizations to help change the life of many in Ethiopia and beyond. We are very thankful to many international partners and governments working with us to bring multiple positive changes through skills training and appropriate usage of technology.
on course of changing the lives of many, the Institute is coping with the newly observed change of the nation and the globe. We believe our leadership would bring bigger changes in the lives of many Ethiopians and some foreign brothers and sisters. Our change by giving due focus to skills training, our focus to make many minds entrepreneurial, our research findings that help the nation shape its policy and our role in building capacity to leaders in TVET sector of the nation is a cornerstone to changes in TVET sector and many other walks of life.
