It is reported that the technical and professional system is being worked with special attention to quality work.

Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOIKA) has prepared capacity building training for federal and regional technical and professional managers. During the training, Korea and Ethiopia exchange experience in their technical and vocational system are being raised and discussed.

FDRE Technical and Vocational Training Institute Director Dr. #Bruk_Kedir has presented a document showing the progress of the Ethiopian technical and vocational training system since the beginning of the system.

They have raised the ideas that they say we should follow to ensure institutional quality. About the quality of the training system, qualified trainers, the infrastructure of the institutions, the cooperation of the industry in the sector, evaluation and certification, consistent quality work are mentioned among the few.

As a country, the legal frameworks that have been established for a long time to maintain the quality of the sector have been discussed. Dr. Biruk in his writing stated that the current laws including the Ethiopian education and training policy have been given special attention to quality. As a country technical training institutions should work to ensure that their quality is maintained and to be awarded quality. They have included their ideas in their document. The negotiators also had a wide discussion about it.

It is clear that the changes that were brought by the Korean technical and vocational system for quality and hard work have been discussed for experience exchange.

የኮርያ ዓለም አቀፍ ትብብር ኤጀንሲ (KOIKA) ለፌደራልና ለክልል የቴክኒክና ሙያ አመራሮች የአቅም ግንባታ ስልጠና አዘጋጅቷል። በስልጠናውም ኮርያ እና ኢትዮጵያ በቴክኒክና ሙያ ስርዓታቸው ውስጥ ልምድ የሚለዋወጡባቸው ጉዳዮች እየተነሱ ውይይት እየተደረገባቸው ይገኛል።

የኢፌዲሪ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት ዋና ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር #ብሩክ_ከድር በኢትዮጵያ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ስርዓት ጥራትን ለማረጋገጥ እየተሰሩ ያሉ ስራዎችን ስርዓቱ እንደአገር ከተጀመረበትጊዜ ጀምሮ ያለውን ሒደት የሚያሳይ ሰነድ አቅርበዋል።

በሠነዳቸውም ተቋማዊ ጥራትን ለማረጋገጥ ልንከተላቸው ይገባሉ ያሏቸውን ሐሳቦች አንስተዋል። ስለስርዓተ-ስልጠና ጥራት፣ ብቃት ያላቸው አሠልጣኞችን፣ የተቋማቱ መሠረተልማት ጉዳይ፣ በዘርፉ ላይ የኢንደስትሪው በትብብር መቆም፣ ምዘናና ሰርተፊኬት፣ ተከታታይነት ያለው የጥራት ስራ ለዘርፉ የጥራት ስራ በትኩረትሊሰራባቸው ይገባል በሚል ካነሷቸው መካከል ይጠቀሳሉ።

እንደአገር ለረጅም ጊዜ የዘርፉን ጥራት ለማስጠበቅ የወጡ የህግ ማዕቀፎችን የተሞከሩ ተግባራትንም ዳስሰዋል ። ዶ/ር ብሩክ በጽሁፋቸው በአሁኑ ጊዜ የየኢትዮጵያ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ፖሊሲውን ጨምሮ እየወጡ ያሉ ህጎች ለጥራት ልዩ ትኩረት ይዘው መስጠታቸውን ገልጸዋል። እንደአገር የቴክኒክናሙያ ስልጠና ተቋማት ጥራታቸው የተጠበቀ እንዲሆንና የጥራት ተሸላሚ እንዲሆኑ ሊሰሩ ይገባል ያሏቸውንም ሐሳቦች በሰነዳቸው አካትተው አቅርበዋል። ተወያዮችም ሰፊ ውይይት አሂደውበታል።

የኮርያ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ስርዓት ለጥራት በሠጠው ትኩረትና በተሠራ ያላሠለሠ ጥረት የመጡ ለውጦች ለልምድ ልውውጥ ቀርበው ውይይት እንደተደረገባቸው ለማወቅ ተችሏል።
