ኢንስቲትዩቱ በአገራችን በትኩረት የተለዩ ሴክተር መስሪያ ቤቶችን ቴክኖሎጂ ልማት የሚያስተሳስር ሴሚናር አካሄደ።

የኢፌዲሪ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት 28ኛ ሳምንት የጥናትና ምርምር ሴሚናር በአገራችን በትኩረት የተለዩ አምስት ሴክተር መስሪያ ቤቶች የቴክኖሎጂ ልማት ስራቸውን ማስተሳሰር በሚችሉባቸው ምክረሐሳቦች ዙሪያ አልሞ ተካሄደ።
ሴሚናሩ የኢንስቲትዩቱ አመራሮች እና ሙያተኞች፣ የተለያዩ ሚኒስቴር መ/ቤቶች ተወካዮች፣ የኢንስቲትዩቱ የ2ኛ ዲግሪ ተማሪዎች በተገኙበት ተካሒዷል።
የኢንስቲትዩቱ ዋና ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር ብሩክ ከድር በሴሚናሩ መክፈቻ ላይ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት ኢንስቲትዩቱ የተሰጡትን ተልዕኮዎች ለማሳካት ከተለያዩ ሚኒስቴር መ/ቤቶች ጋር ትስስር ሲፈጥር እንደቆየ ገልጸው ከቴክኖሎጂ አኳያ የተቋማት ፍላጎቶችን የለየ የቴክኖሎጂ ልየታ ሰነድ (Technology Mapping) ተዘጋጅቷል ብለዋል።
በተቋማቱ በጋራ በለዩት ፍላጎት መሠረት የተዘጋጀውን ልየታ መሠረት በማድረግ ቴክኖሎጂ ማምረት ስራ እንደሚሰራ የገለጹት ዶ/ር ብሩክ ኢንስቲትዩቱ ቀደም ብሎ ማምረት መጀመሩንም ጨምረው ተናግረዋል።
ሴሚናሩ ያስፈለገውም ሴክተር መስሪያ ቤቶች በጋራ በሚሰሩባቸው ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ እንዲመክሩ አስቻይ ሁኔታ ለመፍጠር እንደሆነ ተናግረዋል።
የኢንስቲትዩቱ የጥናትና ምርምር እና ማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት ዘርፍ ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር ሐብታሙ ሙሉጌታ ይህ መድረክ ካለፉት 27 ሳምንታዊ ሴሚናሮች ለየት የሚያደርገው ተደራሽነቱን በማስፋት ከአምስቱ የመንግስት የትኩረት ሴክተሮች ጋር ስልጠናን፣ ቴክኖሎጂ ፈጠራን ጥናትና ምርምርን ለማቀናጀት አልሞ የተዘጋጀ ከፍ ያለ እሳቤ የያዘ መድረክ በመሆኑ ነው ብለዋል።
አያይዘውም በዛሬው ሴሚናር የተዘጋጀው ጥናት አገራዊ የልማት ስራዎችን ለማፋጠን የሚያስፈልጉ ቴክኖሎጂዎችን ማልማት ላይ አልሞ የተዘጋጀ ስራ ነው በማለት ገልጸዋል።
ተቋማት በተናጠል ቴክኖሎጂዎችን እየሰሩ ቆይተዋል ያሉት ዶ/ር ሐብታሙ ነገር ግን አገራዊ ፋይዳ እንዲኖራቸው ተሳስረው መዘጋጀት አስፈላጊ በመሆኑ ይህ ጥናት እና የውይይት ሴሚናር መዘጋጀት አስፈልጓል ብለዋል።
የጥናቱ አቅራቢ አቶ አማረ በበኩላቸው ይህንን ልየታ (maping) ማዘጋጀት ያስፈለገው የተቋማትን ትብብር ለማጠናከር፣ የተበታተነ ተቋማዊ አቅምን፣ የፈጠራ ችሎታን እና የስራ ከባቢን ለማስተሳሰርና በጋራ ለመጠቀም፣ እንዲሁም ቴክኖሎጂዎችን ለመለየት፣ በቅንጅት ለማምረት እና በጋራ ለመጠቀም ነው ብለዋል።
ላለፉት 27 ሳምንታት ከ60 በላይ ጥናቶች ቀርበዋል ውይይት እንደተካሄደባቸው ለማወቅ ተችሏል።

The institute has conducted a seminar on technology development of different sector agencies.

28th week seminar of FDRE technical and vocational training institute was held focused on five different sector institutions to link their technology development work.
The seminar was held in the presence of the leaders and professionals of the institute, representatives of different ministry schools, and the 2nd degree students of the institute.
The institute’s chief director Dr. Biruk Kedir said in the seminar opening message that he has been making connections with different ministry offices to achieve the mission given by the institute and said that a technology mapping document is ready.
Dr. Biruk said that the institute has already started producing technology based on the special needs of the institutions.
They said that the seminar is needed to create an environment for sector agencies to discuss on issues they work together.
The institute’s research, research and community service deputy director Dr. Habtamu Mulugeta said that this platform is different from the past 27 weekly seminars because it is a platform with a high idea designed to integrate training, technology innovation research and research with the five government focus sectors.
The study prepared in today’s seminar has stated that it is planned to develop technologies to accelerate development of the country.
Dr. Habtamu who said institutions have been working on separate technologies for a long time, but for them to have national benefit, this research and discussion seminar should be prepared.
The presenter of the study Mr. Amare said that the need to prepare this mapping is to strengthen the cooperation of institutions, to connect and share dispersed institutional capacity, creativity and work environment, and to identify technologies, produce and co-use.
For the past 27 weeks more than 60 studies have been presented and it has been revealed that discussions have taken place.
