Leadership and management has become one of the fastest growing issues in technical and vocational education and training institutions at all levels. An increasing number of institutions all throughout the world have begun developing not only individual courses, but entire masters’ programs specifically devoted to the study of leadership and management. In the modern age, good leaders and managers are enabling forces helping people and organization to perform and develop. Leadership and management is centrally concerned with people, it involves decision making actions relating to all sorts of other things. Hence, as a Faculty Dean I would like to welcome all students/stakeholders who will be part of the Faculty to peruse the journey.
