About The Faculty
The Faculty of Mechanical Technology is one of the known faculties in the institute. The faculty consists of two departments, Automotive Technology and Manufacturing Technology. The faculty delivering in under Graduate and Graduates Program. Mechanical Technology is a hands-on curriculum that provides an in-depth course of study in the technological aspects of the mechanical design profession. Students are exposed to the current technology used in industry and prepared for careers in the field of mechanical design and technology. The faculty is composed of engineers/technologists who have many years of real-world engineering design and development experience. The faculty focuses on concepts and principles in the mechanical (Automotive, Metal manufacturing) environment and on technological processes. It embraces practical skills and the application of scientific principles.
